Q. Mr. 'X' was appointed as SDE in PWD on 02.02.1973 in the pay scale of Rs.2200-4000. The pay scale of SDE was revised as 7800-11660 with minimum of Rs. 8000/-, after 4 years scale was revised as 10025-15100, after 9 years, 12000-15500 and after 14 years 14300-18150. He was drawing pay of Rs. 13125/- from 1-1-2006 in the pay scale of Rs. 12000-15100. He was granted higher scale of 14300-18150 from due date. He opted revised scale w.e.f. 1-1-2006 and opted that increment of 1-1-2006 may be granted to him in the new pay scales. Regulate his pay from 1-1-2006 to 31-12-2009.
Can you please explain meaning of 3.12 2 rule of lien, where it is mentioned that temporary employee can have lien of two years. kindly elaborate the meaning of temporary employee, does it include employee on probation or employee working on temporary post?
A DEO has sent proposal to Finance Deptt. for seeking clarification on ACP Scheme on the case of Sciene Master retiring on 30.06.2021, with the request that on the completion of four year service, ACP benefit can be sanctioned as the incumbent completes four years service on 30.06.2021, but on the ame day his retirement is due. In normal practice the benefit of ACP is given from the next day after the completion of four year service. Please answer.
